I hate to say it, but this week I haven't lost any more weight.... I didn't work out much other than the walking I did with my mom and sister. Plus all this weekend (Friday - tonight) I'm house/dog sitting for my mom and she has all kinds of goodies in her house. Including Pepsi. =( So yeah, I've been drinking Pepsi all weekend instead of water... Trust me, I'm very disappointed in myself.
I think this next week will be MUCH better though. Ronnie was told by Master Guns that he was looking REALLY out of shape and that he had better work on it ASAP. So now we're both going to be losing weight together. I'm feeling pretty motivated about it. Nothing like some friendly competition!

Opps, I forgot to weigh myself this morning! I'll have to do it tomorrow morning when I first get up. Although I don't think I lost any weight this week. =( I haven't really done much working out other than walking a mile with my mom and sis 4 days last week. I'll need to step it up a notch this week to make up for my slacking.
Guess what? My baby has 3 teeth! His first top tooth pushed all the way through this morning. He's getting so big.... They grow up way too quick, don't they?

WooHoo!!! Go me. I've worked really hard this week with both exercising and cutting back my food portions. I worked out from last Sunday to Thursday; skipped Friday and Saturday because I needed a break. I kinda wish I never skipped days though because I've been stuck at 159.6 since Wednesday. I'm sure I could have done even better... Not that losing 4 pounds isn't awesome!
Next week I'm stepping it up a notch and going for a 60 min workout instead of the 20 and 30 minute ones I've been doing. And maybe I'll talk my mom and sister in to walking 2 laps around the lake instead of 1... making it a 2 mile walk vs the one mile we're doing right now.

1st Sunday Weigh In
Current weight: 163lbs
I knew my weight was a little off from my guess. So there ya go... My first weigh in of many. I'm hoping that by next week I'll actually be at 160! So far I think I'm doing pretty good. Well, as good as Camron will let me be. More of his teeth are starting to come in so he's been really moody, clingy and whiny! That makes exercising a little difficult. I tried to get a 30 min workout in yesterday, but he kept trying to climb up my legs. He just wanted to be held all day!! So frustrating. And we couldn't walk because it was raining all day long.
As for eating I think I'm doing a lot better. I'm paying attention to the suggested serving sizes on foods I eat and eating a lot less! I did cheat yesterday though. =( Ronnie wanted Jack in the Box for dinner so I picked it up after my trip to Wal-Mart. I think I did pretty good considering it's fast food. I got the grilled chicken with a Lemonade Lite to drink.... not the sandwich, just straight grilled chicken. (I've never noticed it on the menu before...) Ok, I also had a few of Ronnie's curly fries, but that's it!
Nothing else is going on right now, just wanted to update my progress. =)
